Soy Vinaigrette Dressing

Whisk together the following ingredients:

1/4 cup vegetable oil

4 tsp. red wine (you can use water instead)

8 tsp. soy sauce

4 tsp. red wine vinegar

1 tsp ground mustard

1 T. crushed garlic or 1/4 rounded tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. dried oregano

1/4 rounded tsp. black pepper

2 squirts hot sauce

* will keep in fridge for a couple of months. (Matt’s favorite)
