Stuffing-Crusted Creamy Chicken Casserole

1-2/3 cups hot water

1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for chicken

6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lbs)

1 tsp. garlic salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 bag (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed, drained

1 can (14-3/4 oz.) cream-style corn

1/3 cup Ranch dressing


Preheat oven to 425 degrees

1. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.

2. Place chicken in 13 X 9 inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Top with stir-fry vegetables.

3. Mix corn and dressing; spoon over vegetables. Top with prepared stuffing and cover with aluminum foil.

4. Bake 30 minutes; uncover. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
