Potato Corn Chowder

1 bag frozen hashbrown potatoes with peppers & onions

1 can evaporated milk

1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk

1 (15 oz.) can cream of corn

salt and pepper to taste

***Can add diced  cooked ham or crumbled cooked bacon***

Mix all ingredients in a slow-cooker and cook on low for 6 hrs. Soup becomes thick and creamy.
