Mini meat-loafs with stuffing mix and a creamy gravy

1 pkg ground beef (about 1-1 1/2 lbs)

1 box stuffing mix (I used Pepperidge farm chicken stuffing)

1 sm. can tomato sauce

3 T. Worceshire sauce

1 T. onion powder

Dash seasoning salt

2 eggs

***Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 6 mini-loaf pans***

Blend stuffing mix in a food processor for fine crumbs and mix all ingredients together. Divide mixture between loaf pans and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. While baking make cream sauce to pour over meatloaf once it comes out of the oven.

***For cream sauce***

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. parsley flakes

Mix soup and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add cheese and stir until melted, then add last two ingredients. Pour sauce over meat-loafs once they are plated.
