Oatmeal Raisin Yogurt Muffins

1 cup flour

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2  cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup of vanilla or strawberry yogurt

1 large egg, beaten lightly

2 T. canola oil

***Preheat oven to 375 degrees***

1. Grease muffin tins or use paper liners. In a bowl stir together the first 7 ingredients and in another bowl whisk together the yogurt, egg, and oil.

2. Stir yogurt mixture into the flour mixture and stir until combined. Divide between 10-12 muffin tins and bake for 22-25 minutes.
