Grilled Greek Chicken

***Marinate for 4 hrs or overnight***

2 boneless skinless chicken breast

6 T. oil

6 T. lemon juice
 
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
 
1/2 tsp oregano
 
2 1/2 tsp Greek Rub
 
1/2 tsp garlic powder
 
1/4 tsp paprika

1. Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness and place in a gallon zip-lock bag.  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

2. Remove chicken from refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking. Grill over high heat approximately 5 minutes on each side.
