Spicy Ranch Filled Biscuits

1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 large biscuits)

2 cups cooked & cubed chicken

1/4 cup hot sauce

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese


***Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8 jumbo muffin tins with non stick cooking spray.****

1.  Pop open can of biscuits. Press each biscuit dough round into the bottom and up the sides (about 1/2 way) of greased pan.

2.  In a large bowl, melt butter and hot sauce together. Stir in chicken to coat. Set aside.

3.  To assemble: spread 1/2 tablespoon ranch dressing onto bottom of biscuit bowls. Top with about 1/4 cup of prepared chicken and then another 1/2 tablespoon of ranch dressing and 1 tablespoon each of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

4.  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges have browned and dough is thoroughly cooked. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
