Pumpkin Fluff

1 small box sugar free, fat free instant vanilla pudding

1 small box sugar free, fat free instant cheesecake pudding

2 cups skim milk

16 ounces pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

8 ounces fat free Cool Whip, thawed

1.  Add pudding to a large bowl. Whisk in cold milk. Whisk for 1-2 minutes, or until pudding is set.

2.  Mix in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
