Garlic Heb Worcestershire Butter

1/2 cup + 2 T. soft butter

2 T. minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped oregano
1 T. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1.  Lightly saute the garlic in 2 tbsp butter, just to soften it. Do NOT brown it.
2.  Add the sauteed garlic to the other ingredients and whip together until smooth. If you like, you can form it into a log, wrap in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for several days.

BBQ Sauce

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

1 (6 oz) tomato paste

3 T. honey

3 T. apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

1 T. onion powder

1 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. dried mustard

1 t. garlic powder

1/4 cup dark brown sugar

 

Mix all ingredients together  in a sauce pan over medium heat until warmed through.

 

 

 

 

Horseradish Sauce

***Great on steaks***

2 tsp. horseradish

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tsp. Dijon

1 tsp. garlic powder

 

Dijon Marinade

Whisk together in a small bowl:

6 T. olive oil

3 T. red wine vinegar

2 T. Dijon mustard

3 finely chopped green onions

1 tsp. dried tarragon

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Few shakes ground black pepper

Remoulade Sauce

Combine the following ingredients together:

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 T. dill relish

1 T. lemon juice

1 T. spicy brown or Dijon mustard

2 tsp. dried parsley

1 tsp. capers

1/4 tsp. tarragon

dash hot sauce

salt to taste

 

Creole Mayo

Whisk the following ingredients together:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

pinch dried thyme

2 shakes coarse ground black pepper

splash Worcestershire sauce

splash hot sauce (Texas Pete)

 

 

 

Bacon Turkey Bravo Secret Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup ketchup

2 T. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 tsp. dried mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 dash Tabasco sauce
